The Caramba Drilling and Cutting Oil Foam meets the highest requirements and can be used for almost all types of metal and cast iron. It is also compatible with all water-miscible cooling lubricants and can be easily washed off with water. Due to the excellent cooling and lubricating effect, the foam protects both the material and the tool and makes the cleanest thread cuts possible.
Application
Our drilling and cutting oil foam is a high-performance product and has been specially designed for use in the professional sector. This product must therefore be handled carefully and conscientiously. Nevertheless, the application of the product is very simple. Spray the Drilling and Cutting Oil Foam onto a dry workpiece and allow it to flash off briefly. Machining can now start. Excess residue can simply be rinsed off with water after work. Despite its effectiveness, the Cutting OilFoam is free of volatile chlorinated hydrocarbons as well as mineral oil and sulphur and is therefore particularly environmentally friendly.
