Description
The product is used automatically via the control and metering system of the dishwasher. The concentration of the washing liquor should be 0.5 to 2 g/l depending on the type of soiling. Increase the concentration to approx. 5 g/l in case of very hard water (> 15°dH) and heavily soiled dishes.
Immersion bath: Soak work tools such as crusted baking plates and pots in bakeries, butcheries, fish and delicatessen shops, kitchens, etc. in a 4% solution before washing and wash them then in the dishwasher as usual.
