Possible applications for the Caramba PTFE spray
PTFE is the abbreviation for Polytetrafluoroethylene, i.e. a polymer made of fluorine and carbon. Most people are familiar with it as Teflon, although this term is actually just a trade name. However, as a component in Caramba PTFE Spray the chemical mixture performs a similar function. Because it is highly resistant to heat and cold, yet still has the best dry lubrication and emergency running properties, PTFE is ideal for bearings and seals, as well as sliding rollers and bolts that are exposed to high pressure or extreme temperatures. The PTFE spray lubricates even in a vacuum, is resistant to chemicals and environmental influences and also protects rubber from freezing. So use PTFE-Spray in machine processes with high pressure, in processes with moderate heat (up to 250 degrees) or also for cooling chambers and laboratories with unusual atmospheres or climates.
For the use of Caramba PTFE-Spray
Before treating a component with PTFE-Spray , all functional parts should be carefully cleaned. Shake the can well before use. Then spray the part to be lubricated and allow it to flash off briefly. If necessary, you can repeat the process several times to achieve an even more powerful lubricating film for the high demands placed on the product. Please also always observe the instructions on the container as well as the safety data sheet.
Protect your machines and equipment even under extreme conditions – with Caramba PTFE Spray.
